Through
the use of micro audio/video equipment, Virtual Performance Video
is able to provide its clients with a VHS video of a shopper's
experience in one of the client's locations. A trained shopper
will enter a clients place of business while wearing a micro camera
unit concealed in a purse, tie, pager, or apparel.
Following a consumer profile provided by the client, the shopper
assumes the role of a customer and engages the employee in a sales
transaction or a request for information. The employee is given
the opportunity to provide professional and courteous service.
A client may request that our shopper pan the showroom or customer
service desk, allowing a review of those areas or any other areas
of concern.
The Virtual Performance Video shopper video tapes from the time
they enter the location to the time they exit. The original Digital
tape is returned to the The Shadow Agency office to be converted
to the final VHS or CD format and ultimately forwarded to the
client, where all levels of management can use the video to gain
insight specific to their areas of responsibility.
Managers are able to review the tapes of their employees behavior
and can reinforce positive actions or correct inappropriate actions.
The sales professional is able to see himself or herself from
the customer's perspective and may come to realize that they may
be saying one thing with their mouths and something completely
different with their body language.
